We are delighted with this expansion and are happy to welcome the employees from Lucan. Together we can strengthen our position within the utilities construction market.”
Guy Van der Eecken, Manager of Lucan BV: “The demand for less hindrance and more working in synergy within the construction of utilities makes it more important than ever for small and large companies to work together and combine their expertise in order to be able to continue guaranteeing a smooth and reliable service. A take-over by Van den Berg is a logical choice in order to continue to guarantee Lucan’s market position in this growing story. Back in my early twenties, I learned the tricks of the trade at Van den Berg and I know from my own experience that thanks to their extra support, our employees are in good hands.”
