Training for Blue Collars

Our BESIX Infra Academy offers new workers a thorough three-day on-site training. The focus is on safety and developing basic skills. For individuals without experience, additional practical training is provided on a training site. These trainings take place in a safe environment, ensuring that all fundamental skills are learned and can be further refined on the job site.

Training for White Collars

For employees, such as project leaders and managers, a personal development plan (PDP) is created in collaboration with their supervisors. This development plan offers targeted training in all aspects of site management. We support employees in growing their technical, financial, and human skills, with the goal of becoming fully qualified project leaders or managers.

Traineehips for Students

We welcome interns from high schools, colleges, and universities. During their internship, they have the opportunity to gain practical work experience in real working conditions, under the guidance of experienced professionals. Our mentoring programs are designed to make the internship a valuable and educational experience for both the student and our company.
